To become a verified supplier, you'll need to complete our 3-step
verification process: 1) Submit KYC documents including CAC
registration, TIN, and proof of address. 2) Pass our product and
quality verification including warehouse inspection. 3) Once
approved, your profile is activated with a verified trust badge. The
process typically takes 48 hours.
We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfers,
debit/credit cards (via Paystack/Flutterwave), mobile money wallets
(MTN MoMo), and cash-on-delivery (COD). We also offer escrow
protection where funds are held securely until delivery is
confirmed.
Simply upload your bill of quantities as a PDF, Excel file, or even
a photo. Our AI automatically extracts all line items and matches
them with products from multiple verified suppliers. You'll receive
competitive quotes within seconds, which you can compare
side-by-side and order directly from the results.
We offer three account tiers: Basic (for
individuals/guests) - browse and order with standard pricing.
Verified Business (for retailers) - upload CAC
credentials for bulk discounts and priority support.
Pro (for contractors/developers) - get credit
terms, dedicated account manager, and AI analytics dashboard.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive SMS notifications with
a tracking link. You can see your delivery's real-time GPS location
on a map, with updates every 30 seconds. Upon delivery, you'll
receive photo proof of delivery along with recipient signature
confirmation.
Yes! While we maintain our own fleet for core Lagos routes, we have
a vetted partner network that provides coverage across all major
Nigerian cities and regions. Delivery times and costs vary by
location. Contact us for a delivery quote to your specific area.
All deliveries are photographed upon arrival. If you notice damage,
do not accept the delivery and report it immediately through your
dashboard or by contacting support. With escrow payments, your funds
remain protected until you confirm satisfactory delivery. We'll
arrange a replacement or refund.
For buyers: Creating an account and browsing is completely free. You
only pay for the materials and delivery. For suppliers: There are no
listing fees. We charge a small commission on successful
